Special Breast Cancer Tissue Microarray – MBB6

MBB6: 13 cases/16 cores: Special breast cancer tissue array, including TNM and pathology diagnosis
MBB6a: 13 cases/16 cores: Special breast cancer tissue array, including TNM, pathology diagnosis, and IHC markers

We offer an extensive collection of paraffin-embedded human tissue samples in the form of tissue microarrays (TMAs). All tissues are consented to and IRB-approved.

Category:

Tissue microarray (TMA) is a high-throughput technology, allowing cost-effective, comprehensive assessment of the expression of a single gene on a DNA, RNA, or protein level across hundreds to thousands of tumour tissues, in a single experiment. The TMA technology offers a high degree of standardization, as the study conditions for all the tissue core samples remain constant when they are fitted onto one single slide. TMAs are easy cost-effective tools, which are perfectly suitable for multiplex analysis of biomarkers.
